1. Our Services
We provide bookkeeping, financial reporting, and analytics support for small businesses. Our services include setting up and maintaining books, preparing reports, and helping you understand your data.
We reserve the right to decline service for certain industries or businesses, including construction, adult entertainment, and other high-risk sectors.

2. Your Responsibilities
To help us serve you best, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete financial information
- Respond promptly to requests for information
- Follow all applicable laws regarding your business and finances
3. Fees & Payment
Our fees will be clearly stated in your engagement agreement or invoice. Optional add-ons may be available at set hourly or package rates. Payments will be made in advance, with plan payments billed automatically at the beginning of each month.
If you decide to cancel within the first 14 days of your initial payment, we’ll refund 100% of the amount paid—no questions asked. After this period, payments are non-refundable, though services may be paused or adjusted by mutual agreement.
Additional payments are due as specified, and late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your information is safe with us. We treat all financial data confidentially and will not share it without your permission, except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
We work hard to provide accurate services, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We are not responsible for losses caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete information you provide
- Decisions you make based on financial reports
- Unauthorized access to your data
- Our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid for the service in question.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our site—text, graphics, and logos—belongs to Northstar Bookkeeping & Analytics LLC. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Washington County, Oregon, U.S.A.
8. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted here. Using our site or services after updates means you accept the new terms.
